Announcing the LW Partner Program: Earn Up to $400 per Web3 Deal You Refer

Every week, dozens of people DM @lwartss asking if we are hiring. Content creators, community builders, crypto-native people who see our work and want a way in. The LW Partner Program is our answer.

We are not hiring sales reps. We do not need a sales team. But we have a constant inbound stream of Web3 projects, and not every good lead makes it to us. If you are embedded in crypto communities and can spot the projects that need a real studio, we would rather pay you to bring them to us than run paid ads.

The deal is simple: you find Web3 projects that need our services, you introduce them to us, and when they become clients you get paid. No sales scripts to memorize. No quotas. No lock-in. 10% commission, up to $400 per deal, weekly USDC payouts. Solana or EVM, your pick.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them involves any work on your side.

Step 1: You refer. Intro a Web3 project to us via Telegram or email. Any crypto project counts: memecoins, DeFi protocols, NFT collections, DAOs, Web3 tools. If they need a website, a dApp, smart contracts, branding, bots, motion content, TGS stickers, or hosting, they qualify. Full catalog is in the Partner Program overview.

Step 2: We qualify. We take the call. We scope the project honestly. We send a custom quote. You do zero sales work.

Step 3: They close. When the client signs and pays the deposit, the deal counts. It does not matter whether they bought a $500 logo package or a $12k full-stack dApp build. The deposit triggers your commission.

Step 4: You get paid. Every Friday we run payouts in USDC. The week after a deal closes, the money lands in your wallet on the chain you chose at signup.

Commission and the loyalty bump

Every closed deal pays 10% commission. Two constraints keep it clean:

• Minimum $50 per deal. Small deals still pay something. If 10% of the deal would fall below $50, we pay $50.
• Maximum $300 per deal. On large deals, commission caps at $300 so LW still has margin to deliver quality.

Everything in between is literally 10% of what the client pays us. Close a $2,000 branding package, earn $200. Close a $5,000 dApp scoping, earn $300 (cap applied). Close a $400 sticker pack, earn $50 (floor applied).

After you close 5 deals, the Loyalty Tier unlocks automatically. Same 10% percentage, but:

• Minimum rises to $100. Small-deal floor doubles.
• Maximum rises to $400. Large-deal cap climbs 33%.

We want you to stay. Loyal partners earn more on every deal, forever, starting from the sixth one.

Who this is built for

Crypto Twitter creators and KOLs. You already have trust with builders in your niche. When a founder slides into your DMs saying “yo, do you know a studio that can build our dApp?”, you have an answer that pays you up to $400 per deal.

Agency founders and freelancers. You get inbound for services you do not offer: motion video, TGS animated stickers, Telegram bots, dedicated Web3 infrastructure. Refer them to LW, earn on work you could not execute yourself.

The honor-system compact

Phase 1 of the Partner Program runs on honor system. No tracking codes. No cookie attribution. No referral dashboard yet. You tell us who you referred, we verify with the client, we pay.

Why honor system in 2026? Because building a full tracking infrastructure before we have partners is backwards engineering. We want to see how the program actually performs before committing to specific tech. If you bring us 10 qualified leads in 90 days, we will build whatever infrastructure we need to support you better. Phase 2 will include a partner dashboard with referral codes, earnings tracker, and automated attribution. Phase 3 will include smart-contract payouts. Both come after Phase 1 proves itself.

Attribution window: 90 days from your intro. If a client you introduced closes the deal 80 days later, the deal is still yours. Longer than 90 days and the attribution lapses.

Honesty goes both ways. We document every deal conversation with timestamps. If two partners claim the same lead, whoever introduced them first wins. No subjective calls, no drama. We also tell you upfront if any of your contacts are already in our active pipeline, so you do not double-claim.

Quick answers to the usual questions

What is the minimum deal size that qualifies? Any deposit counts. $500 logo packages, $50k dApp builds, anything in between.

Can I recruit sub-partners to earn from their referrals? Not in Phase 1. The structure stays flat until we scale. We may open multi-tier later.

What if my lead never pays the deposit? No deposit, no deal, no payout. You are never on the hook for bad leads. Quality over volume.

What if my lead goes through LW by a different channel weeks after I intro them? As long as we have your intro documented and it is within the 90-day window, the deal is yours.
