$ANDY Case Study: How a Custom Landing Page Helped Reach $52M Market Cap

$ANDY remains our highest performing project to date. From first contact to a live, fully branded launch package in 72 hours, this is the story of what we built and why each decision mattered on the path to $52M in market cap.

The Brief

The $ANDY team came to us with a clear vision but zero design assets. They had the token contract, community interest building on Telegram and a launch window measured in days, not weeks. They needed everything: a landing page that would convert, a brand identity that looked like a top tier project and a Telegram bot to automate community engagement. The deadline was 72 hours.

What We Built

Landing Page

Custom built with Next.js and Three.js. The hero section featured interactive 3D elements that responded to cursor movement, immediately signaling that this was not a template site. Above the fold: the token name, a one line value prop, live contract address with one click copy and a buy CTA linking directly to the DEX. Below the fold: tokenomics breakdown with animated chart, community links and a scrolling ticker showing real time buys.

Brand Identity

Full visual identity created from scratch. Logo with multiple variants (icon, full, dark mode, light mode). Color palette anchored in bold primaries that stood out in Twitter feeds and Telegram groups. Typography system using two complementary fonts. The brand had to be instantly recognizable at every size from a 16px favicon to a 1200px Twitter banner.

Telegram Bot

Custom built buy bot that tracked on chain transactions and posted branded alerts to the main Telegram group. Every buy above a configurable threshold triggered an animated message with the buyer's wallet (truncated), amount and a branded graphic. This created real time social proof as the community watched buys flow in live.

Design Decisions That Mattered

Performance First

We knew the majority of traffic would come from mobile Telegram links. The Three.js hero had a CSS fallback for devices that could not handle WebGL. Images were optimized and lazy loaded. The site scored 90+ on Lighthouse mobile. Fast loading was non negotiable because every second of delay meant potential holders bouncing back to Telegram without buying.

One CTA Above the Fold

We tested the instinct to add multiple links and navigation options above the fold and rejected it. The primary action was buying the token. Everything else was secondary and placed below the fold. This single focus contributed directly to conversion rates.

Trust Through Craft

In a market saturated with template sites and AI generated logos, the quality of the design itself was a trust signal. The interactive 3D hero, the custom animations, the cohesive brand across every touchpoint told visitors: "real people invested real effort here." That signal translated directly into holder confidence.

The Result

$52M peak market cap. The landing page, brand identity and Telegram bot were delivered in 72 hours from the initial brief. The project launched with a professional presence that most tokens do not achieve in months. The cohesive design across web, social and community created a flywheel effect where every touchpoint reinforced the next.

What We Learned

Speed matters more than perfection. A great site live in 72 hours beats a perfect site live in 3 weeks because the launch window in crypto is measured in days. Every touchpoint is a trust signal. The bot, the stickers, the site, the brand all work together. Skip one and the whole system is weaker. Performance is conversion. Mobile load time directly correlates with how many visitors actually reach your CTA. Craft is the new moat. When everyone has access to templates and AI tools, custom work is what separates serious projects from the noise.
